Red Light Therapy:

Healing Inflammation, Brain Fog, & Chronic Pain at the Cellular Level

Because when we treat the source, everything else starts to shift.

“Actually life changing, great environment, friendly staff. Wouldn't be where I am today without this band of miracle workers. Would recommend to all.”

-Sean L.

Sometimes, Your Suffering Is Rooted in the Health of Your Cells.

You’ve changed your diet and started a bagful of supplements.

Each morning, you ground yourself – hoping by some miracle, you’ll finally calm your nervous system.

But your body still hurts.

Your mood still swings (pushing the people you love most away).

And no matter how much effort you put in, you never feel fully rested – or fully you.

The fog and fatigue linger all day long. You can feel the inflammation simmering under the surface.

What you don’t know: Your symptoms might be rooted at the cellular level.

Because when your cells are inflamed, you’re stuck in stress mode – and it impacts everything.

Your mood, your focus, your sleep, your ability to heal.

That’s why we use red light therapy.

A gentle, science-backed way to support your body at the source.

It helps your cells repair, your nervous system settle, and your whole being finally *exhale.*

So just when you think you’ve tried everything – there’s still relief with red light therapy.

Chronic Pain, Brain Fog, & Fatigue? Your Mitochondria May Need Help.

Constant fatigue, brain fog, chronic pain, and low mood – could mean your body is stuck in a cycle of inflammation and burnout.

Red light therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support your body at the cellular level.

It’s backed by science – and feels a lot like sitting under a warm, calming light.

And when your cells are functioning better? You start feeling better.

Here are the benefits of red light therapy:

  • Boosts your cells' energy production (so your body can heal more efficiently)

  • Reduces inflammation, pain, and physical tension

  • Supports mood, focus, and emotional regulation

  • Calms the nervous system and gets you out of “fight-or-flight”

  • Promotes better sleep, faster recovery, and more consistent energy

Less Inflammation. More Energy. Better Days With Red Light Therapy.

Here’s How:

Step 1: Red Light Absorbed

Red and near-infrared light reaches deep into your tissues.
Feels like: No pain, just warm, gentle light

Step 2: Mitochondria Activated

Your cells absorb the light and produce more energy.

✓ Why it matters: More energy = faster healing + less inflammation

Step 3: Inflammation Decreases (Healing Begins)

Your body starts recalibrating – less stress, more repair.
You may notice: Fewer crashes, better sleep, more emotional resilience

Step 4: Nervous System Calms (Symptoms Reduce)

With consistency, your nervous system begins to reset — and symptoms start to fade.

✓ This looks like: Clearer mind, steadier mood, and more energy that lasts

Red Light Therapy

Near Me FAQs

  • At its core, red light therapy helps your cells create more energy – which gives your body the fuel it needs to heal, regulate, and repair. It reduces inflammation, improves circulation, and supports your nervous system.

That’s why so many people notice benefits like better sleep, clearer thinking, less anxiety, and more steady energy after just a few sessions.

  • Most people say it feels warm, calming, and peaceful. You’ll sit or lie near the light panels while they shine gently on your skin. There’s no pain, no heat, and no downtime – just a chance to relax while your body does the healing work behind the scenes.

  • That depends on your goals and what you're working through. Some people feel a difference within a few sessions – especially with sleep, mood, or brain fog.

For deeper healing (like chronic inflammation or nervous system regulation), we usually recommend a series of sessions over several weeks. We’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your needs and pace.

  • Yes. It’s non-invasive, drug-free, and backed by growing scientific research. It uses low-level wavelengths of light that don’t damage your skin or tissues. It’s been used safely for years in everything from physical therapy to dermatology.

  • Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us after trying talk therapy, medication, supplements, or other wellness tools – and still feeling stuck.

Red light therapy supports your body at the cellular level, which can be the missing piece when other approaches haven’t been enough. It’s not a magic fix, but for many, it’s the thing that finally helps them move forward.

  • In most cases, red light therapy is not covered by insurance because it’s considered a wellness or complementary treatment. That said, we’re happy to provide receipts or documentation if you’d like to use HSA/FSA funds or check with your provider.

We’ll always be transparent about costs – we want you to have the right support that fits your budget.

  • You don’t have to, but it can be incredibly powerful when combined with talk therapy, neurofeedback, or other healing work. Red light therapy supports your body’s ability to heal and regulate, which can make emotional or mental work feel more manageable. We’re here to help you figure out what combination feels right for you.
