Still Not Yourself After a Concussion?
The Overlooked Impact on Mood, Sleep, and Cognition
Date/Time: February 25, 2026 1pm
Speaker: Lisa Cramer, Licensed Professional Counselor, BCN, QEEG-DL
Are you finding it harder to concentrate or remember things?
Do you have trouble regulating your mood or struggle with anxiety or depression?
Is it a rare night that sleep is actually restorative?
Often the focus of head injury is healing the physical symptoms. Rest, and physical or occupational therapy are the usual recommended routes. Meanwhile other changes in mental health continue to happen that make daily life harder, impact relationships, and cause struggles with focus, work productivity and energy levels. I will help you understand another method that helps address these issues and more to get you back to feeling like yourself again.
You will learn:
How to finally sleep, feel happy, energized and go from brain fog to focus.
Why progress stalls or mental health is ignored with head injury.
How we can pinpoint what is going on and why, with scientifically backed methods.
